Explore the components of Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog and Downward Facing Dog to create more mindful transitions and bring greater awareness to your practice.

Session 2: Forward Folds (Standing Fold, Half Split, Seated Wide-Legged) on Sat 10 March at 2:00pm

Find greater release and joy in your forward bends as we offer insight on how to love your hamstrings, hips and knees a little more using tennis balls and straps.

Session 3: Arm Balances (Crow, Swan, Dragonfly) on Sun 11 March at 2:00pm

Join us as we guide you through the mechanics and alignment of arm balances, and learning to feel your way through swing and float.

3-session package: Rs.15,000
